Invite each person
Each employee authenticates, consents and uploads their own photos. Identity references from different employees never share a generation request.
Review together
Employees choose ten finals and nominate a profile. Owners and assigned administrators review only the selected sharing scope before approval.
Funding stays explicit
A 50-person rollout authorizes up to 500 tokens. Each project reserves ten independently; confirmed terminal failure releases that person's reservation. Unknown provider outcomes stay held for support review.
A bulk start reserves all selected ready projects or starts none. Company campaigns receive no extra welcome grant, and employees' personal grants are never pooled.
Participation, review and approval
Track invitations, photo replacement, funding, generation, employee selection and company approval. An administrator's approval does not create another generation request. Payer funds are checked when projects start.
Consistent style and branded profiles
Company rules lock lighting, crop, camera direction and approved clothing choices while preserving each participant's voluntary presentation. Logo and color frames are rendered locally; AI does not redraw logos. Exact composited backgrounds require a separately verified transparent-portrait workflow.
Privacy and access
Source selfies are private to the participant by default. Owners and assigned administrators see progress and authorized deliverables within the participant's sharing choice: nominated profile photo or selected finals. Access is checked again for every export download.
The seven-day delivery window and any shorter campaign window are disclosed before generation. Deletion cannot erase provider-held files, backups or previously downloaded copies.
Frequently asked questions
Can employees use personal welcome tokens to fund the campaign?
No. The campaign uses its designated payer's existing wallet. Personal welcome grants are not pooled.
Do administrators see private source photos?
No. Participants manage their own source photos; the company sees progress and authorized deliverables.
Can we regenerate without limits?
No. Each person's allowance permits at most eighteen generated images, including rejected images and recovery. Further generation requires a new displayed quote.
Will every portrait look exactly like the employee?
Likeness can vary. Each participant reviews the result; technical checks cannot prove identity preservation.
