Your photographs deserve care
Source photographs and generated files are stored privately by ImageWing. The direct OpenAI package sends your three approved working references on each request; it does not train an identity model. Historical fal workflows use temporary signed access. For trained workflows, the training ZIP is removed from ImageWing after successful training. Project assets expire after the retention period or can be deleted earlier from your project.
ImageWing deletion does not guarantee deletion from OpenAI or fal.ai, backups or previously downloaded copies. Successful reference projects expire seven days after delivery; inactive drafts expire after seven days, and stalled undelivered work is bounded by its displayed draft expiry. Signed URL expiry prevents future use of that URL but does not erase a provider's existing copy. Review privacy and terms before providing consent. If a paid project cannot deliver enough usable results, staff will review recovery or a refund.
